I teach Karate Wednesday here in the mirror ed studio . Flooring is good and staff very helpful . Membership is available at a good price with personal trainer s if needed .

I teach tai chi here on Thursdays , staff are friendly and provide me with a mirrored studio to help with students form corrections etc.
Pool closed 2.5 years ago but the website paints a different picture please update your website .
