Was really pleasantly surprised at the price but more so by the way they went above and beyond to make my customer experience effortless. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
Couldn't ask for a better mechanic, had so many issues with the car and was at wits end, but they managed to finally fix what two other garages had screwed me around on and it didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Well worth a visit for a mechanic you can trust because you really don't get many these days but you definitely get that here :)
Ian's garage is the only test center for MOT that I use. His experience and open humour is welcoming and he is down to earth about business. I continually call upon his garage to source DIY parts and automobile repairs whilst I am at home or militarily deployed while my wife drives. Wonderful to work with and jobs are done properly. I brought and American auto there and I was directed on how to make it road legal to U.K. spec from the get go, no bologna. Thank you for making my family feel safe on the road!
I was on holiday at Tame Head my Rav4 developed a noise in the rear end. I took the car to Ian first thing Monday morning and he said he would look at it when he had time I went back at 5pm and he had sorted a seized brake out on the offside wheel. Very reasonable cost and a true honest gentleman. Thoroughly recommend Ian.
